What is live, and what is planned
We publish an explicit status for every enterprise capability. If a capability is not implemented yet, it says so here — we never describe planned interoperability as a shipped integration.
Interoperability
ScribeMDPro is architected so clinical output can be mapped to standards-based payloads. The mapping layer exists; certified hospital integrations are delivered per-customer.
Notes, conditions and medication statements are modelled so they can be emitted as FHIR resources. No production FHIR endpoint is exposed yet.
ADT and ORU message shapes are part of the integration design. Delivery requires a per-hospital interface engine engagement.
Structured EMR field mapping from a finalised note is available in the clinical workspace today.
Offline capture
Design target for clinics with unreliable connectivity.
Planned architecture: local encrypted draft storage, background synchronisation on reconnect, and last-writer-wins conflict resolution with a visible merge prompt. Recording and AI generation currently require a connection.
All traffic is TLS encrypted and stored records are encrypted at rest, with row-level access control scoped to the owning clinician or clinic.
Research workspace
A de-identified analytics environment for approved research use.
Planned: de-identified dataset builds, aggregate-only exports, project-level access approval, and automatic suppression of small cells so individuals cannot be re-identified.
Workload, specialty and language analytics are available today without exposing identifiable patient information.
AI capability status
Every AI output in ScribeMDPro is a draft that a qualified clinician must review and approve.
- Ambient SOAP drafting
- Available. Multilingual transcription and SOAP note drafting in the clinical workspace.
- Documentation quality assistant
- Available. Completeness score and per-section gap suggestions on a generated note. Suggestions never modify the note automatically.
- Smart task detection
- Available. Referral, follow-up, lab, imaging and medication-review tasks surfaced for clinician confirmation.
- Clinical coding assistant
- Available. ICD-10/11 and SNOMED suggestions with confidence, pending clinician approval.
- Evidence & guideline assistant
- Planned. Will link to authoritative published sources only; ScribeMDPro will not generate unsupported clinical recommendations.
- Clinical timeline
- Planned. Longitudinal view of visits, diagnoses, medications, labs and referrals.
- Voice command workflows
- Planned. Hands-free start/stop, note generation and navigation commands.
- Enterprise audit centre
- Partially available. Export history and admin analytics ship today; a unified audit centre is planned.
