1. Nature of the Service

ScribeMDPro provides an ambient AI-assisted clinical documentation tool. The platform converts audio recordings of doctor-patient consultations into structured draft medical text (such as SOAP notes).

2. Clinical Responsibility & No Medical Advice

• The Physician's Responsibility: ScribeMDPro is a tool to assist with documentation, not a licensed medical professional. The output generated by the AI is a draft document only.
• Final Review: The attending medical professional retains 100% sole responsibility for reviewing, editing, correcting, and verifying the accuracy of any text generated by ScribeMDPro before pasting it into an Electronic Health Record (EHR) or signing off on patient care.
• No Liability: ScribeMDPro shall not be held liable for any clinical errors, omissions, misdiagnoses, or treatment mistakes resulting from unedited or unverified AI-generated text.

3. Permitted Use & Patient Consent

• Consent Requirements: By using ScribeMDPro, the healthcare provider or medical facility warrants that they have obtained appropriate, explicit verbal or written consent from the patient to record the consultation audio for clinical documentation purposes, in accordance with local health regulations.
• Account Security: Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials to prevent unauthorized access to the application interface.
