How we earn your trust

Six pillars guide every product decision at ScribeMDPro.

Security Overview

Least-privilege access, encrypted transport, and hardened managed infrastructure. See our Security page.

Responsible AI

Physician-in-the-loop by design. AI drafts notes; a clinician verifies and signs. Details on Responsible AI.

Privacy & Data Protection

Zero-retention audio, no training on patient data, and regional privacy alignment. Read the Privacy Policy.

Encryption

TLS 1.2/1.3 in transit and AES-256-class encryption at rest across our managed database and storage layers.

Clinical Safety Principles

SOAP notes are drafts. Clinicians remain accountable for accuracy, diagnosis, and treatment decisions.

User Privacy

Accounts are scoped to your clinic. Row-level security prevents cross-tenant access to consultations and exports.

Data handling

A minimal, transient path through our pipeline.

  1. Capture: Audio is captured in-browser and streamed over TLS.
  2. Transcribe: Speech-to-text runs on zero-data-retention endpoints; audio is discarded on completion.
  3. Summarize: A clinical LLM structures the transcript into a SOAP draft.
  4. Review & sign: The clinician edits and finalises the note; the clinician remains the medical author of record.
