- Who can apply
- Consultants, medical educators, hospital groups, universities and professional bodies with an audience of practising clinicians.
- Attribution
- Each affiliate receives a unique tracked link. Attribution is recorded at sign-up and credited when the referred account becomes a paying subscriber.
- Qualifying event
- A referral qualifies only after the referred clinician or clinic completes a successful paid subscription — free-trial sign-ups do not qualify.
- Compliance
- Affiliates must not make clinical, diagnostic or regulatory claims on behalf of ScribeMDPro, and must disclose the commercial relationship.
- Privacy
- Affiliates never receive patient data, transcripts, notes or clinician-identifiable information — only aggregate referral counts.

- How it is credited
- Rewards are applied automatically once the referred clinician's first subscription payment succeeds. Trial sign-ups and cancelled payments do not count.
